Bread dumplings (3)
Instructions
Put the sandwiches to soak well covered with milk overnight, then drain them and rinse but not fine: must not become a food, but a history similar to that of potatoes for gnocchi.
Add the eggs and the flour, add salt, pepper and scented with nutmeg.
You have to get a mixture of medium consistency, so you work with the flour.
Divide the mixture into dumplings, throw into boiling salted water and cook 3-4 minutes.
Toss with melted butter, Sage and Parmesan cheese.

- 100 cl of milk
- 6 sandwiches
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Nutmeg
