Sardinian malloreddus pasta with mussels
Instructions
Put to boil the pasta.
Clean the mussels, open them in a pan with oil, garlic and chilli, add a little of the pasta cooking water and the parsley.
Cover and allow to cook.
Once cooked, remove the shells without some whole for garnish.
Drain the pasta and toss in pan with sauce.

- 200 g of sardinian malloreddus pasta type dumplings
- 250 g of mussels
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 clove of chili
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Parsley
