Prawns in sparkling wine
Instructions
Blow up the peeled shrimp in a baking dish with olive oil onion parsley garlic and Bay leaves, chopped.
As soon as they are well seasoned, spray them with champagne, pass them in a hot oven to 200 degrees and cook for about 20-25 minutes until the sauce has reduced.
Serve hot.
