Fusilli in summer
Instructions
In a large bowl, add the sliced peppers (previously grilled, peeled and dressed with oil, salt and pepper), mozzarella di bufala, diced basil, chopped anchovy fillets, salt, pepper and olive oil.
Carefully stir everything up to mix the ingredients well, and meanwhile, scalded in boiling water salt and fusilli.
Al dente drain and pour into the Bowl; toss well and serve immediately.
Trick: drain the pasta al dente and before dressing it, move quickly under running water for a few seconds.
This will remove excess starch and cooking will stop.

- 400 g of type pasta fusilli
- == 1 yellow pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 150 g of mozzarella di bufala
- Some of leaves fresh basil
- 5 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
