Fusilli pasta and broccoli
Instructions
In a large skillet put a few tablespoons of olive oil, 2 cloves of crushed garlic with the garlic press and some anchovy fillets and saute for a few seconds.
Pour the boiled broccoli, peppers, and season.
Add salt, pour the noodles cooked al dente, wet it with a ladle of water, add the chili and plenty of Parmesan.
Note: best to boil the broccoli and the pasta, not soak it too much vegetable flavor.

- 350 g of type pasta fusilli
- 350 g of boiled broccoli
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Some of anchovy fillets
- Chili
- Abundant of grated parmesan cheese
- A few tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
