Fusilli pasta with gorgonzola
Instructions
In a large frying pan melt the butter and add after the gorgonzola cut into cubes.
Let Cook on low heat for about 3 minutes and in the meantime Cook the fusilli in boiling water.
Al dente, drain, pour into the Pan and mix them to rest for a few seconds by adding a little ladle of cooking water.
Serve immediately very hot again.
Trick: the dough is flavored with grated Parmesan cheese.

- 400 g of type pasta fusilli
- 300 g of soft gorgonzola cheese
- 40 g of butter
- Salt
