Fusilli pasta with gorgonzola and walnuts
Instructions
In a pan, melt the butter and add the gorgonzola previously cut into pieces.
Stir thoroughly until mixture is creamy and then add the walnut kernels.
Meanwhile, Cook the fusilli in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and pour into the Pan, mixing vigorously.
Sprinkle the dough with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

- 400 g of type pasta fusilli
- 100 g of gorgonzola cheese
- 60 g of walnut kernels
- Chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of butter
