Spindles of wholemeal flour in sauce with zucchini, tomatoes and basil
Instructions
Make the dough and cut it into diamonds by combining the minor diagonal.
Place in skillet Zucchini sticks with garlic and oil.
Add the chopped onion and cook for 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes, basil, salt and cook for another 10 minutes.
Drain the pasta, toss with the sauce and serve with grated Parmesan.

- 2 eggs
- 2 zucchini
- 1/2 onion
- 3 tomatoes
- Salt
- Grated parmesan cheese
