Mushrooms salad
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms with a little knife and raschiandoli by wiping them with a damp cloth.
Cut into thin slices and place in a salad bowl.
Combine the Parmesan cheese cut into strips and diced ham.
Prepare a sauce beating together oil, a little salt, 1 teaspoon of mustard and Worcestershire sauce 2.
Pour the sauce over salad, sprinkle with pepper, mix well and serve.
