Mushrooms cream (2)
Instructions
Cook the mushrooms in salt water acidulated with lemon juice for 10 minutes.
Drain, cool and slice them.
Beat the cream with salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
Pour the sauce over the mushrooms and stir well before serving.
