Instructions
In a bowl, prepare batter by combining sifted flour, the egg, the salt, half a tablespoon of melted butter and a lot of water just enough to obtain a mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
Let the batter rest for an hour.
Meanwhile, wash, dry, semi private and cut regular slices tomatoes.
Sprinkle with Basil and pepper each slice on both sides.
Pass the slices in the batter, FRY in plenty of hot oil.
