Instructions
Finely chop parsley, basil, capers, gherkins and olives.
Put the mixture into a Cup, pepper and mix well with 1 tablespoon oil.
Grease the grill and cook the slices on both sides.
Place them on the serving dish, season with salt and cover with the sauce.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 slices of veal fillet (from 150 g slices)
- Olive oil
- Salt
- For the sauce:
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 sprig of basil
- 4 pickles
- 6 pickled capers
- 6 olives
