Pork Tenderloin fillet with balsamic vinegar Sauce
Instructions
Cook the fillets in a frying pan with 50 g of lard melted.
Prepare separately a mixture by dicing the bread with remaining bacon.
In another pan cook spinach with butter and a pinch of salt.
When the fillet is cooked spread over the bread and Bacon mixture and place in oven under the grill.
Deglaze the pan with the balsamic vinegar; store and serve.

- 280 g of pork tenderloin
- 70 g of pork lard
- 1 slice of sandwich bread
- 50 g of spinach
- 20 cl of balsamic vinegar
- 10 g of butter
- 1 pinch of salt
