King mackerel fillet with broccoli sauce, artichokes and zaffera
Instructions
Fillet the fish.
Separately boil the flowers of broccoli, Saute onion and anchovy, broccoli and blend them together.
Cut the artichokes to julienne, sauté in a pan with the garlic, add the broth, saffron, and keep aside.
Flour and fry the fish by shading with white wine.
