Redfish fillets with cream of turnip and potatoes
Instructions
Redfish fillet, close threads in a bag of foil and bake.
Blanch the turnips and blend with salt, pepper and garlic.
Cut the potatoes into thin slices and put them in the oven.
You have the cream of turnips on a platter, garnish with the sliced potatoes and arrange on top of the fish.
Drizzle with a little olive oil.
