The hawaiian slices
Instructions
Carefully Peel the pineapple, cut into slices and remove the toughest.
Cut the flesh into wedges.
Peel the onions, eliminating the rootlets and the green part.
Cut them into six parts, lengthwise.
Heat oil in a pan and let wilt the onions over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Beat the meat slices to make them thinner and keep.
Place in pan and let Cook over medium heat for 6, 7 minutes per side, until they will be well browned.
Drain the meat and keep it aside, warm.
Thrown into the pan the pineapple and almonds, then let Brown well, lively focus.
Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce or, if you prefer a less strong taste with soy sauce, then sprinkle with a little freshly ground pepper.
Put the meat in the Pan and let stand for one minute to fire off, having the foresight to keep the lid tightly closed.
Serve hot, accompanied by rice pilaf with saffron.

- 8 slices pork loin (total weight 600 g)
- 3 small onions
- 4 slices pineapple of (preferably fresh)
- 20 g of sliced almonds
- 20 g of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Ground chilli
- 1/2 tablespoon of worcestershire sauce (or soy sauce)
