Instructions

Heat in a saucepan the butter, olive oil, garlic and bay leaf.

Place the slices, raise the heat and cook on both sides no longer than one minute.

Pass them on a dish, season with salt and keep on the heat the Pan leaving a little fry cooking.

Switch off, remove garlic and Bay leaves, add lemon juice, pour the sauce over the slices and serve.
