Milk chocolate turkey breast
Instructions
In a casserole, in which the piece of Turkey Breast can be made to measure, melt the butter.
Saute over high heat the topside on all sides, add salt and cover with milk.
Lower minimum focus, cover with a lid and simmer 35 minutes turning every once in a while the topside.
Five minutes before end of cooking remove the cover and raise the heat to thicken the gravy.
Serve the sliced Turkey Breast, coated with the sauce.

- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 50 g of butter
- 1 pinch of salt
