Chicken livers in butter
Instructions
Pre-cut the livers and sauté them in butter with bay leaf.
Add salt after cooking.
Arrange the bread slices in flat plates and cover them with the livers.
Serve immediately hot.

- 100 g of chicken
- 3 leaves of laurel
- Some slices of bread (slices fried in butter)
