Bresaola bundles
Instructions
The very fine chopped gherkins and pickled onions.
Put the robiola or another cheese to your taste in a large bowl, add the ketchup and oil and mix the ingredients, stirring carefully.
Season with a pinch of salt and stir the pickles.
Roll out on a cutting board the bresaola slices, spread some compound in the center of each slice and close the latter forming parcels.
Tie it up with chives, arrange on a serving platter and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 12 slices of bresaola (thinly sliced)
- 150 g of robiola cheese (or cream cheese)
- 5 pickles
- 1 tablespoon of ketchup
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 12 stalks of chives
- Salt
