Beans and lettuce
Instructions
Let soak for an entire night the beans.
The next day, cook them in water with salt, pepper and two bay leaves.
After cooking, drain, keeping aside the cooking water.
Golden brown garlic in oil and then after removing add chopped lettuce.
Let it fry the whole thing and then add a cup of cooking water, beans, salt and pepper.
Mix and simmer for 10 minutes.

- 300 g of fagioloni bianchi
- 2 lettuce salads
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 leaves of laurel
- Salt
- Pepper
