Instructions

Boil the potatoes in salted water.

Soak the bread in milk.

Peel and dice the pears.

Rattle off the plums.

To soften the raisins in water.

Melt the chocolate in a Bain-Marie.

Cut the potatoes into puree and add the chocolate, eggs beaten with sugar, raisins, plums, and pears.

Mix.

Butter a baking dish, pour in the dessert, bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
