Birthday cake
Instructions
Mix butter with 200 200 g sugar.
Add the zest of an untreated lemon (yellow part only), 4 eggs, 200 g of flour, a teaspoon of baking powder, 1 pinch of salt.
Pour into a greased Cake Pan and dusted with flour, and bake in a moderate oven for 20 minutes.
Decorate as desired with icing sugar.
