Instructions

Mix chopped cookies, sugar, coconut and 150 g 100 g butter.

Add the brandy and, if the dough is too dry, a little water.

Stir again, spread on a plate and place in the fridge for 2 hours.

Melt the chocolate in a Bain-Marie with milk and the remaining butter, cover with icing the cake and place in the fridge for 2 hours.

Sprinkle with remaining coconut.
