Coconut Biscuits (Biscottini al Cocco)
Instructions
Knead everything (the yeast should be added only at the end), model and then bake 30 minutes at 170 degrees.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 120 g of flour
- 1 egg
- 100 g of butter
- 50 g of sugar
- 50 g of coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 dash of milk (optional)
- 5 g of yeast
- 1/2 G = = extract of Vanillin
