Instructions
Mix in a bowl chopped chocolate, coarsely crushed amaretti, the savoiardi biscuits and nuts.
Gradually add the egg whites with powdered sugar and a pinch of salt.
Pour the mixture into a mold of rectangular 22 to 10 cm sideways, buttered and sprinkled, and cook in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Let cool, then dessert, turn out the cake and serve.

- 180 g of egg whites
- 50 g of icing sugar
- 50 G = = Chocolate
- 50 g of amaretti biscuits
- 50 g of biscuits savoiardi
- 2 tablespoons of chopped toasted hazelnuts
- 1 pinch of salt
- For the mold:
- Butter
- Sugar
