Cod baked in foil with butter and lemon
Instructions
Clean the cod from entrails, squamatelo, wash it and dry it well.
Lightly grease with margarine a large sheet of aluminum foil and sprinkle over the fish.
Apart beat the margarine with butter and salt and pepper; cut regular slices of lemons.
Now spread the fish with the butter shedding a little too inside, then place the slices putting some lemon in the belly of the fish.
Close the foil carefully and place it on oven tray or in a suitable dish and cook for 30 minutes on medium heat.
Bring the fish to the table and open the bag in front of the Diners so that only at that moment will be a slight aroma and scent of this excellent preparation.

- 1 cod of 1000 g
- 70 g of margarine spreads
- 30 g of butter
- 2 lemons
- Hot pepper
- Salt
