Crostone alla napoletana
Instructions
Lightly buttered bread, posatevi over the anchovy fillets and mozzarella, distributed here and the tomato.
Place on a plate and passed in the oven at full power for 30-40 seconds or until mozzarella begins to melt.
Let cool for 1-2 minutes.
You can then sprinkle with chopped Basil or oregano.

- 1 slice large of bread (rusk)
- Butter
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 3 slices mozzarella cheese
- Bits of red tomatoes and hard
