Crostini with wild mushrooms stewed in
Instructions
Chop the sausage, a clove of garlic and a bit of parsley, put to cook in a pan with a little oil.
Wet with wine and let evaporate.
Add coarsely chopped mushrooms, let flavour for a few minutes and add the tomatoes.
Brought to the cooking pouring the broth as you need.
Adjust salt and pepper.
Toasted slices of bread.
Rub with the garlic and spread the mushroom mixture.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.

- 2 fresh sausages
- 150 g of peeled tomatoes
- Garlic
- Parsley
- Some leaves of mint
- 1 glass dry white wine
- Broth
