Instructions

Skinned sausages, crumble it in a bowl and knead them with stracchino before softened and a small spoon of fennel seeds.

Adjust the salt if necessary.

Knead the mixture by the lumping together very well.

Spread it liberally on bread slices.

Place them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for a quarter of an hour.

Withdrawn, transferred the slices on a serving platter and serve immediately very hot.

Accompanying wines: Barbera D'asti ' Bubbly ' DOC, Chianti Montalbano DOCG, Cilento Rosso DOC
