Crostini with shrimp mousse with lemon
Instructions
00205 CROSTINI with SHRIMP in LEMON MOUSSE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g already cleaned shrimp, an untreated lemon, 4 eggs, 60 g margarine, 3 teaspoons curry powder, 3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander, salt, pepper.
Wash the lemon and dry it.
Finely grated Gratuggiatene.
Shelled eggs and cut them into 4 segments.
Place in mixing bowl of a food processor, and cut it into puree with margarine, 3 TSP of lemon juice, curri, salt and pepper.
Then add the prawns and blend for a few minutes.
Pour the shrimp mousse in a glass bowl with the chopped coriander, lemon rind and mix thoroughly.
Cover with kitchen and private film in the fridge for about 3 hours.
When serving, cut a baguette into slices and spread over the shrimp mousse.
Garnish with cucumber slices and serve.
