Crostini with red chicory and cheese
Instructions
Formed two rectangles from each slice of bread and tostateli slightly.
Each tuft of radish cut into four parts, wash and dry; indi stufateli in a large pan with the onion.
Divide each slice of bacon in half and lightly toast it in a pan to lose fat.
Place the sliced bread on a tuft of radish then half a slice of bacon and last the thin slice of cheese.
Place croutons in a buttered baking dish and gratinate in the oven (grill) for a few minutes.
NB: you can serve it with a salad of Arugula.
Ingredients and dosing for 10 persons
- 10 slices of bread
- 8 tufts of small radicchio di chioggia
- 8 slices bacon
- 150 g of gruyere cheese cut into thin slices
- 1 bunch of arugula salad
- 1/2 chopped onion
