The macaroon tart
Instructions
Thaw the pastry and roll out into a buttered and floured mold.
Place the macaroons at the bottom of the dough into 5 files.
Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla, until you have a smooth mixture.
Add 1 pinch of salt and mix, cold milk.
Pour the cream into macaroons and bake at 190 degrees for 35 minutes.
Allow to cool in the mould and place the tart on a plate after it has been sprinkled with icing sugar.
Ingredients and dosing for 8 persons
- 450 g of frozen shortcrust pastry
- 225 g of milk
- 250 g of granulated sugar
- 35 amaretti biscuits
- 3 eggs
- 1 sachet of pure vanillin
- 1 pinch of salt
- Icing sugar
