Instructions

Prepare the crepes and toss in a pan with lard and oil.

Stuff them with sliced radish and jumped into oil and onion.

Butter a baking dish and arrange the crepes rolled up covering them with taleggio cheese made with butter melt first.

Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
