Flowering turkey cutlets
Instructions
Beat the meat slices and let them marinate for 4 hours in milk flavored with garlic, a few leaves of Sage and Rosemary, salt and pepper; the liquid should cover the meat wire.
Chop the Zucchini Flowers and mix with the breadcrumbs with three tablespoons of chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
Drain meat, pass in the flour, then in beaten egg, then in mixture of breadcrumbs.
FRY in hot oil and place on a serving dish.
Garnish with tomato wedges.
