Chops pizzaiola
Instructions
Pass the slices in beaten egg and bread crumbs and FRY in butter bubbling.
Keep them warm.
In a pan put chopped onion, olive oil, preserves, salt and a little broth and mix well.
Place the cutlets and cook them for about 15 minutes.
Serve covered with cooking.

- 2 eggs
- 50 g of butter
- 1 onion
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
