Spicy pork chops
Instructions
In a pan with the bottom often make toast the chilis for 3/4 minutes.
Grind all spices (pepper, cumin, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, oregano, thyme, garlic, chilli and onion).
Chop everything well to form a paste, then pour the white vinegar, oil and salt.
Coat the chops with the mixture and let stand for at least half an hour.
Cook then grilled and serve hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 pork chops
- 1 chili
- 1 chopped red onion
- Black pepper in grains
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- 4 cloves
- 1 stick of cinnamon (1 cm sticks)
- Grated nutmeg
- Some leaves of thyme
- Oregano
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- White wine vinegar
- Salt
