Spicy pork
Instructions
Tie the meat, so that it remains firm.
Chop the parsley, Sage, Rosemary and thyme, season with a pinch of salt, a ground pepper and mix.
Rub the meat with this mixture.
Heat the oil in a pan from the bottom often, add the crumbled red pepper and garlic washed away.
When garlic is lightly golden, add the meat and Brown it evenly.
When the meat will form a slight crust, add wine and cover.
Cook over low heat for about 50 minutes, turning meat often and by spraying with cooking, and a bit of broth if needed.
Serve the sliced meat.

- 1000 g of arista of pork
- 1 chili
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of rosemary
- 4 leaves sage
- 1 sprig of parsley

- 1 glass white wine
- 20 cl of broth
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Chopped parsley
