Pork Chops (Costolette di Maiale)
Instructions
Slice the garlic and roast with oil.
Salt and pepper the pork chops from both sides and put them in a saucepan with the garlic.
Brown them, add a few tablespoons of hot broth and bring to cooking the meat.
