The Characters lamb chops
Instructions
Saute the costolettine from both sides in a few tablespoons of olive oil, drain, add salt, pepatele and keep them warm.
Add the remaining cooking oil sauce, onion, peppers, tomatoes and olives; Cook a quarter of an hour or so, add the costolettine col sugo who lost, add salt and pepper, add the parsley and bring to boiling.

- 800 g of costolettine of lamb
- 10 tablespoons of olive oil
- == 1 medium onion, chopped
- 400 g of peeled ripe tomatoes chopped
- 2 big fleshy peppers cut into lists
- 100 g of green olives
- 1 pinch of coarsely chopped parsley
