Instructions

Wash away coastlines, remove the stems from the leaves and cut into long pieces about 5 cm.

Boil separately stems and leaves in boiling salted water, drain and pat dry.

Pass the coasts before in beaten eggs with salt and pepper, then in the breadcrumbs.

FRY in plenty of oil and butter warm and drain well browned and crisp.

The leaves can serve seasoned with olive oil and lemon juice for dinner.
