Ox steak casserole
Instructions
Take a casserole whose cost does not exceed 2/3 of the capacity and place it over the fire until the right degree of heat.
Arrange the cost without worrying that will stick on the bottom (will come off after a few minutes alone), rivoltarla and well browned on all sides.
Continue cooking for 25 minutes to get slightly underdone meat, remove the meat from the Pan and pour the broth into bottom of cooking let it reduce by 2/3 and serve in a gravy boat.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 piece of ox t-bone steak (1500 g pieces)
- 25 cl of vegetable broth
- Salt
- Pepper
