Chocolate Cups (Coppette al Cioccolato)
Instructions
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, remove from heat and mix the butter and the egg yolks whisked with the rum.
Apart beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt.
Incorporate the egg whites to the chocolate gently, so as not to make them remove.
Lined with biscuits drenched in rum, divided 4 cups the mousse, decorated with chocolate shavings and keep in the fridge for at least a couple of hours before serving.

- 350 g of bitter chocolate (cacao 70%)
- 40 g of butter
- 3 eggs
- Rum
- Biscuits savoiardi
- Chocolate shavings
- 1 pinch of salt
