Chocolate Cups (Coppette di Cioccolato)
Instructions
Shell eggs and whip the egg yolks with sugar until they become swollen and foamy.
Incorporate then the ricotta sieved and mix carefully.
Add the rum, a single egg white snow mounted and half of the chopped chocolate flakes.
Divide the mixture into 4 individual bowls and sprinkle the remaining grated chocolate.
Keep in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving and garnish cups with the languages of cat.

- 400 g of roman ricotta
- 200 g of chocolate cover
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of rum
- Language of cat biscuits
