Side dish of cauliflower and herring
Instructions
Divide into florets, cauliflower in salted water and lessarlo leave it to drain still crunchy.
Rattle off the olives and cut into rings.
Cut into pieces the herring.
In a salad bowl mix cauliflower, olives and herring.
In a bowl, emulsify the vinegar with the Worcestershire sauce, 5 tablespoons olive oil and a little salt.
Pour the sauce over the salad, mix and let it sit a bit before bringing it to the table.

- Thread 2 of smoked herring
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Little of salt
