Sweet and sour rabbit
Instructions
Prepared for cooking rabbit and cut it into pieces: lightly coat a baking sheet with oil, sprinkle a layer of sliced onion and then floured rabbit pieces with salt and cover tomatoes passed to the knitting mill.
Add a bay leaf and leaves of a sprig of Rosemary.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bring to a medium heat.
Stir often; towards the end correct the sauce with half a teaspoon of sugar, the juice of half a lemon and herbal extract dissolved in lukewarm water.

- 1 young rabbit
- 1 onion
- 1 box of peeled tomatoes
- 1 pinch of sugar
- Laurel
- Rosemary
- 1/2 lemon
- Plant extract
- Salt
