Instructions

Peel the onions and cut them into thin slices.

Put them in a bowl and cover with the milk, soak them for 30-40 minutes.

Drain, dry and flour them.

Heat the oil in a cast iron pan and fry the onion a few at a time.

Remove them with a skimmer when will have a golden crust and add salt before serving.
