Instructions

Mix a generous handful of parsley with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and a knob of butter, garlic, salt and pepper.

Arrange the mushroom chapels, removed from the stems, with the concave side facing upwards, on a buttered baking dish.

Fill each mushroom with a spoonful of the sauce previously prepared and put in the oven already warm for about 20 minutes.
