Cucumbers stuffed with tuna
Instructions
Boil potatoes, drain, Peel and mash with a fork in a bowl or pass to her in potato masher.

Accomodate cucumbers on a serving dish, garnish with the tomato cut into slices or wedges and serve.

- 2 potatoes
- 200 g of tuna in olive oil
- 3 hardboiled eggs
- 100 G = = Cream
- 1 tablespoon of chopped basil (or parsley)
- 1 tomato
- Salt
