Cucumbers Stuffed with Tuna (Cetrioli Ripieni di Tonno)
Instructions
Drain the tuna oil and crumble it with a fork.
Combine the mayonnaise, parsley, lemon juice and mix.
Peel cucumbers, cut in half lengthwise.
With a teaspoon of the seeds and fill empty recesses with the tuna-based compound.
